Helical bevel gear reducers installation procedure of stirring device
(1) Fix the bottom cover to the channel steel shaft bracket or top flange plate (when using cauldron type tank) (note: the bottom cover must be kept level when connecting).
(2) Put the stirring shaft into the tank (if the stirring shaft is multi-segment, it can be put into sections or connected as a whole according to the site installation conditions).
(3) Disassemble the support for the reducer (if the reducer is connected to the rack at the time of installation, perform this step; Otherwise, this step is omitted.
(4)Connect the bracket to the mounting bottom cover after the first installation.
(5) Connection of stirring shaft and bracket:

(1) Please check the gear bearing of the reduction gear at any time during use. If any abnormal sound is found, please find out the reason in time and carry out maintenance.
(2) Regularly check the working conditions of the reducer output shaft oil seal and bearing oil seal. Replace the lubricating oil in the reducer box according to the reducer instruction. Replace the lubricating oil in winter.
(3) Regularly check the wear of the agitator and whether the fastening bolts are loose.
